Our management team has been together for over 30 years. Each member having started as cleaners for several years, learning and getting hands on experience in all aspects of the cleaning industry.

Ken Loiselle

Since 1968 Ken has ensured the day to day operations of every customer. Ken has grown his business the old fashion way – from the ground up – through honest salesmanship and a strong reputation.


Dana Loiselle
Sales Manager

Dana is responsible for all sales and customer service operations. He has grown up with the company and has a great knowledge base of how to plan the best cleaning program to meet a buildings individual needs.

Account Management

Manny started with Aid Maintenance as a job foreman over 30 years ago.  He has grown with the company into operations and overall account management.  Manny knows how to implement large job start ups and special project work extremely well since he knows the details of all types of cleaning. Manny has organized many shut down cleanings for our manufacturing customers when they need an extremely detailed cleaning of their entire operation with very demanding time constraints.
